About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis II to join our Treasury Services DDO team in Chennai or Pune, India. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to drive strategic data management initiatives, leveraging data as an asset for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Jira tickets daily for implementation support/action and development.
  • Ensure dashboards are refreshed and ready for users' review through scheduled daily refreshes.
  • Understand data flow models and multiple systems used for sourcing data.
  • Develop innovative reporting capabilities for complex historical or predictive analyses to support end-to-end processes within Treasury Services.
  • Lead technical approaches and deliver complex financial analytics and reporting.
  • Identify Treasury strategy needs and partner with customers and/or functional leaders to meet requirements.
  • Improve control environments through technology capabilities.
  • Develop process improvements for team efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring high service delivery standards.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced team members and lead projects/analyses as needed.
  • Assist in root cause analysis for data quality errors, research, and determine scope and complexity of issues.
  • Determine business impact levels for data quality issues and quantify materiality for proper escalations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a financial/engineering discipline, such as accounting, finance, statistics, or math, engineering, statistics, computational finance, or economics.
  • + years of total work experience preferred.
  • Self-starting skills with minimal direction needed.
  • Experience with finance data sets and processes: Balance Sheet, P&L, Consolidations, Client Product Profitability, liquidity analytics, and reporting.
  • Superb communication skills – strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Confident and calm demeanor with ability to perform under pressure and handle difficult situations.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, Dynamics), Tableau, Alteryx, Pentaho, SQL.
  • Experience with leading reporting tools required (such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Alteryx, OLAP tools).
  • Knowledge of structuring/Hydration of data is a preferred.
  • Experience in Data Analysis, Data Architecture, and/or Data Warehousing; preferably in a shared or enterprise data environment.
