Senior Specialist, Paid Social

Job Description:

The Senior Specialist, Paid Social is a strategic role that oversees the execution and support of paid social channels. This includes developing strategies for Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of cross-functional analysis and budget allocation across channels, devices, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive app acquisition campaign improvement and be accountable for performance against monthly targets while coaching team members.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and creative ideas based on commercial KPIs, customer insights, and competitive analysis through ongoing test & learning.
  • Owning the full project and campaign lifecycle (including leading other projects if necessary), ensuring high quality delivery and KPI achievement through cross-functional teams (measurement, attribution, creative, marketing, product).

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Experience managing campaigns for at least 2 of the following channels: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter.
  • Strong app acquisition expertise and ideally full-funnel marketing experience.
  • Leadership experience, including instructing teams and managing various stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to identify marketing opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
  • Ability to initiate innovations, provide feedback, and influence the broader team.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulations, policies, and best practices in digital marketing.
