Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Graphic Designer to join our team at The Hype Capital. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that capture the essence of our brand.

About The Job

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their creative skills, visual eye, and ability to produce outstanding designs. They should be experienced in working with various design platforms, including digital and print formats.

Responsibilities:
  • Interpret clients' business needs and develop concepts to suit their objectives.
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
  • Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.
  • Present finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
  • Work with a wide range of media, including digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc.
  • Be part of client meetings and communicate with internal teams to discuss business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in design and advertising.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Work on multiple brands simultaneously.

Location

This is an onsite-hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days/week from the office and other days from home. There's a possibility of increasing the number of days of work from the office.

Salary Range:

Rs 25K to 40K per month (will depend on skills and the interview).
