Job Title: Lead Architectural Drafter

  • Assume leadership and supervision of a drafter team working on architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
  • Review, allocate, and prioritize drafting tasks based on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and company design protocols through quality control checks.
  • Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software applications.

  • Maintain an organized drawing repository and manage version control.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior drafters to ensure quality control checks are met.
  • Participate in client and consultant meetings to facilitate technical alignment.
  • Guarantee timely submission of construction drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting tools is essential.
  • A strong understanding of civil, architectural, and MEP drawings is necessary.
  • Ability to lead a team and manage multiple project timelines effectively.
  • Excellent technical drawing interpretation and documentation skills are required.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices is beneficial.
