SEO Manager Job

About the Position:

We seek an experienced SEO expert to lead our search engine optimization strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, tools, and analytics to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance overall online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, content, and internal linking structures.
  • Oversee technical SEO, including site architecture, page speed optimization, mobile optimization, and crawlability.
  • Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to produce SEO-friendly content aligned with keyword strategies.
  • Manage off-page SEO activities such as link-building, outreach, and partnerships.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Lead and mentor junior SEO specialists and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on the website.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of proven experience in SEO strategy and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).
  • Hands-on experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO is a plus.
