Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Operations Associate. As a key member of our Operations Excellence Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless experience for sellers while working with Amazon systems.

This challenging position requires a strong ability to solve problems, simplify processes, and execute operational and supply chain excellence in the Amazon India business. You will have the opportunity to identify improvement opportunities in supply chains, create solutions for them, and proactively identify potential issues before they surface.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring seller/vendor operational performance delivery inline with targets
  • Identifying and articulating strategic importance of metrics as a basis for managing tradeoffs, improving the customer experience, and making decisions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Working closely with vendor operations teams on strategies to reduce cost, lead time, and waste across the end-to-end supply chain
  • Defining, prioritizing, and monitoring project execution to achieve targets delivered on time
  • Creating, writing, and reviewing business cases, performing supporting research and analysis, writing specifications, and driving product development schedules from strategy to execution
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
  • 2+ years of sales experience
About The Role

As a part of our Operations Excellence Team, your primary role will be providing all reasonable support to sellers in improving their capabilities to ensure they can execute their business in the most optimum way. You will assist sellers in getting well-versed with various Amazon tools and provide on-ground support to assess inputs like Vendor Returns, Returns Disputes etc.

The team is responsible for helping in undertaking on-ground training of new sellers. Tasks include assisting in Returns Order Creation and Planning management process, interacting/coordinating with sellers, identifying and correcting errors, maintaining records of work received and work performed etc. In addition to being a support associate, grooming sellers to become self-sufficient on the platform, you are expected to take on larger responsibilities such as initiating and owning process improvement projects, participating actively in stakeholder calls/meetings etc.
