Job Summary

The successful candidate will be a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of Zuora Billing, Revenue, and CPQ modules. This includes designing, configuring, and deploying solutions that meet business requirements, as well as providing ongoing technical support to address issues and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design and deployment of customized workflows to automate business processes within Zuora, enhancing functionality and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain reports to provide insights and support decision-making for the team.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate integrations to ensure seamless platform performance.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to ensure smooth connections between Zuora and enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and payment gateways.
Technical Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in SQL and Python programming languages.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and transformation techniques.
  • Experience with Zuora Revenue and other related tools.
