Our Engineering Manager - Blockchain role involves driving technical design remodeling, refactoring of layer 1 blockchain, smart contracts, and systems for robustness and scalability. You will partner with cross-functional teams to create technical vision, detailed roadmap, and drive critical design discussions. Additionally, you will lead technology & architectural decisions, build engineering processes, provide technical leadership, and champion product thinking.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream, relevant experience (10+ years), strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures, and hands-on experience in Software Development using ReactJS and Node.js. A good understanding of Docker/Containerized application development is also preferred.
