Dynatrace Integration Specialist Job Post

We're seeking a seasoned IT engineer to assume the role of Dynatrace Integration Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Dynatrace setup and configuration, a deep understanding of synthetic monitoring, and alarm management expertise.

  • Proven experience in setting up alarming for Dynatrace and Splunk across various applications.
  • Able to define and fine-tune alerts for timely and effective incident management.
  • Experienced in integrating Dynatrace alerts into incident management tooling to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration between teams.
  • Focused on problem-solving with a continuous improvement mindset, identifying recurring issues for long-term fixes.
  • Skilled in operational application management and troubleshooting user issues through root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuring Dynatrace for optimal performance and alerting.
  • Developing and maintaining alarms for Dynatrace and Splunk to ensure timely incident resolution.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynatrace alerts into incident management tooling.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance Dynatrace setup and configuration.
  • Maintaining knowledge of ITIL practices and principles to align with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT engineering with a focus on Dynatrace integration and setup.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
  • Strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
