About the Role:

As a Senior Art Director, you will lead our creative team to deliver innovative and high-quality visual design solutions for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, print, digital, and outdoor design, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.

Key responsibilities include conceptualizing and overseeing the design of marketing materials, developing brand identities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring projects to life.

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in Design or Fine Arts, 6+ years of professional design experience, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative team and set a high standard for visual design across all mediums.
  • Conceptualize and oversee the design of brochures, hoardings, websites, social media creatives, and branding materials.
  • Develop and refine brand identities, logos, and style guides for clients.
  • Translate marketing strategies into clear creative directions and deliverables.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and meet project deadlines.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and marketing practices.
  • Collaborate with developers, photographers, and external vendors to deliver seamless creative solutions.
  • Review, guide, and approve final artwork before release.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print, digital, and outdoor design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma).
  • Experience in real estate or lifestyle branding preferred.
  • Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
