Job Title: Strategic Alliances and Partnerships Manager - Pharma Sales

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Alliances and Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for shaping our strategy for product penetration and endorsement by corporate hospitals, premier domestic and global healthcare institutions, and insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop innovative business models to drive stakeholder alignment for product penetration and create an ecosystem of reliable partners for maintaining and enhancing product features.
  • Hospital Connects: Establish and maintain strong relationships with 100+ hospital connects in the coverage area, focusing on cardiac knowledge.
  • Account Analysis: Prepare detailed account analysis to create customized product alignment communication, including footprint, financials, strategic priorities, future investment plans, therapy profile, and patient segment profile.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement account plans to achieve immediate, mid-term, and long-term business revenue and scale-up objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Lead and own strong relationships with critical stakeholders, including C-Suite and Senior Management, to drive business growth and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, B Pharma, BE, or BTech in Biomedical Engineering or Bio-instrumentation, Electronics, or related fields.
  • PG degree in Business Management (preferred).
  • 12-15 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, selling solution-based products/services in sectors like Insurance, Healthcare Consulting, Engagement Manager, High-end Capex/Solutions Sales in Medical/Life Sciences/DTx companies.
  • Experience in Cardiology/Medical device or Equipment is essential.
  • Exposure to C-Suite level deal making is crucial.
  • Computer literacy, including sound knowledge of MS Office suite software.
  • Willingness to travel.
