Job Description:

As a skilled data analyst, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining data visualizations using Tableau. Your primary goal will be to design and develop dashboards that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing Tableau dashboards to meet business requirements
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data through thorough validation and quality checks
  • Optimizing dashboards for superior performance and scalability
  • Providing comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users on Tableau functionalities and best practices
  • Staying updated with the latest Tableau features and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement of analytics capabilities
  • Working closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data integrity and availability

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Online
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with SQL and database management
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality data visualizations

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with other data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView)
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies
