Instrumentation Specialist Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various industrial instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and calibrate magnetic flow meters, DP type flow meters, RTDs, temperature elements, level transmitters, analyzers, VFDs, and weighing systems.
  • Perform predictive maintenance on critical equipment to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues with instrument calibration and control systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve instrumentation-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, or Electronics.
  • 3-6 years of experience in instrument maintenance and control systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of SAP, IMS-related documents, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and instrument calibration.
