Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited is Seeking an Accounting Expert

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team. As an Accounting Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial reporting and internal controls.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, consolidation, internal controls, and month-end closing activities. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our financial processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indian GAAP / IFRS / Ind AS.
  • Financial consolidation of multiple entities/business units, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Management and execution of month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Accurate recording of transactions and account reconciliations (e.g., intercompany, accruals, provisions).
  • Development and implementation of internal controls over financial reporting and operations; identification of areas for improvement and suggestion of enhancements.
  • Liaison with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely completion of audits with minimal issues.
  • Support to the budgeting and forecasting process with accurate financial insights and historical trends.
  • Maintenance of documentation and SOPs for all finance processes in accordance with internal control requirements.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, legal, procurement) to support financial decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–6 years of post-qualification experience.
