As a valuation professional, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers high-quality investment decisions. Your responsibilities will include providing thorough valuations and monitoring services for our portfolio investments, developing detailed financial models and reports, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure informed investment choices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive valuations on illiquid investments across various industries
  • Create and update complex valuation models, detailed memos, and presentations
  • Gather relevant data pertinent to the investments/models independently
  • Analyze client queries in a clear and concise manner
  • Prioritize and execute multiple assignments within tight deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in valuation and financial modelling (discounted cash flows, market multiples, market transactions)
  • Familiarity with US/European primary and secondary markets
  • Expertise in Excel modelling and analytical skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • The ability to independently execute assignments under tight deadlines
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of third-party databases such as Bloomberg, CapIQ, Thomson Reuters
  • Hands-on experience with VBA macros
  • Sector knowledge - Real Estate, Shipping, Aircraft, and Oil & Gas
Academic Requirements
  • MBA or equivalent qualification in finance from a reputable institution
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or Economics & CFA (Level II completed)
