Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign Architect to join our team. As a Technical Architect - Adobe Campaign, you will provide consulting advice and support to clients for implementing Adobe Campaign solutions and any technical advisory required afterwards.

This is a client-facing role that requires liaising with the client, understanding their technical and business requirements, and then implementing Adobe Campaign solutions in a manner that provides maximum value to the client.

The main objective of this role is to drive successful delivery and maintain a high level of satisfaction for our customers. You will enable client success by providing innovative solutions leveraging Adobe's Digital Marketing Suite of products.

You will develop coding best practices and solutions that integrate with the client's current online infrastructure, including mobile and any third-party advertising efforts. The role includes utilizing and developing best practices for integrating Digital Marketing Products with existing websites, providing support and training to other marketing specialists as needed, mentoring new Development Consultants, maintaining documentation of solutions and integrations, continuing education on new technologies and platforms that provide benefit to the Digital Marketing Suite, and delivering top-notch solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide implementation consultancy, customer assistance, and post-implementation support to Adobe Campaign clients in their deployment and use of Adobe Campaign solutions.
  • Work with clients to assess their requirements and configure Adobe Campaign to meet their business needs by understanding their database architecture and setting up ETL and data flows.
  • Configure the Adobe Campaign solution to meet customer requirements, including campaigns set-ups, building web pages using scripting, and developing customer-specific solutions where necessary.
  • Proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Create implementation plans for new and existing clients.
  • Knowledge transfer/training to customers on implemented solutions.
  • Product installations, upgrades, and configuration activities.
  • Reporting on project delivery to project management and managing projects independently in smaller projects without dedicated project managers.
  • Buidling great working relationships with Onshore Consulting teams, learning, and adopting best-practices from such teams globally.
  • Working closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure professional delivery of technical implementations.
  • Acting as a Development lead point of contact with Digital Marketing Consultants.
  • Learning multiple Adobe Digital Marketing Solutions and providing multi-product enablement and integration solutions to strategic clients.
  • Working with Digital Marketing Consultants to make recommendations regarding Digital Marketing Suite technical implementations.
  • Supporting additional team members by mentoring and teaching.
  • Working closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure professional delivery of Business Consulting Services to clients.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise and experience in SQL (Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL).
  • Programming experience in JavaScript, Java, VB, C#, or PHP.
  • Knowledge of Web Technologies like HTML and CSS would be a plus.
  • Good communication skills to ensure effective customer interactions, communications, and documentation.
  • A self-starter who is organized and highly motivated.
  • A fast learner with the ability to learn new technologies/languages.
  • Knowledge of HTML DOM manipulation and page load events would be a plus.
  • Project Management skills would be a plus.
  • The ability to develop creative solutions to problems and multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience leading team members would be a plus.

Estimated Salary: ₹ 1200000 - ₹ 1500000 per year
