  • Testing Frameworks: Design and implement automated testing frameworks to guarantee platform stability and reliability.
  • Production Support: Monitor and support production trading systems, troubleshooting incidents efficiently.
  • Strategy Research: Create back-testing frameworks and historical data analysis tools for strategy research and development.
  • Compliance: Maintain adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills:

  • Leadership: Strong experience in team handling and leadership.
  • Programming: Proficiency in C++, C#, and software development.

  • System Design: Knowledge of low-latency and high-throughput system design principles.

Experience:
