About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Owner to drive product vision and development in the healthcare sector.

The successful candidate will have expertise in Agile methodologies, strong leadership skills and a passion for building solutions that solve real-world problems for clinicians and patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and evangelize a clear product vision and strategy for the product portfolio.
  • Own, prioritize and continuously groom the product backlog.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on clinical workflows, patient journeys and healthcare system needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role within an Agile software development environment.
  • Strong Healthcare Domain Expertise: Demonstrable experience working with healthcare technology products.
  • Proven Product Building Experience: A track record of successfully managing the entire product development lifecycle.
  • Multi-Market Delivery: Verifiable experience launching and managing products in at least two different international markets.
