Lead System Reliability Expert

We are seeking a skilled System Reliability Engineer to support our LLM Proxy team. As an SRE, you will be responsible for monitoring and interpreting Grafana dashboards to identify failures and problems, and managing incident communication.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Monitoring observability dashboards to detect potential issues.
- Initiating incident reports from automated alerts or collaborating with team members in chat zones to create tickets.
- Providing frequent updates on the status of incidents to all parties involved.
This role requires key skills such as:
- 3+ years of experience responding and monitoring globally deployed web applications.
- Experience working with microservices running on Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Grafana, including creating custom dashboards as needed.
- A strong understanding of observability tools, focusing on operational metrics like Quantiles, P99, and Prometheus.
- Familiarity with AWS services or cloud providers, with a foundational understanding.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Beyond these core requirements, having experience with LLM or AI systems can be beneficial.
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
