Motion Graphic Designer Role

We are seeking an innovative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. This exciting role involves creating visually captivating animations, videos, and multimedia content for various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality motion graphics for web, video, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with creative directors, editors, designers, and marketers to bring ideas to life.
• Animate typography, characters, illustrations, and visual effects based on project requirements.
• Edit and post-produce videos with motion graphics elements.
• Ensure brand consistency across all motion content.
• Stay updated with design trends and suggest new techniques or ideas.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in motion graphics or a related creative role.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.
• Familiarity with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
• A keen eye for design, color, typography, and layout.
• Ability to take feedback and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion design work.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in video editing and sound design.
• Familiarity with UI/UX motion design or interactive media.
• Knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD.
