Programmatic Media Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Programmatic Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive growth through innovative media planning, campaign execution, and optimization.

This role requires a proven track record of success in driving growth through digital marketing channels, with a strong understanding of performance marketing and best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients in the US and APAC regions and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The successful candidate will oversee media planning, campaign execution, pacing, and optimization across Amazon DSP, CM360, and Programmatic platforms. They will also define, streamline, and document operational processes to boost efficiency, identify bandwidth and resourcing gaps, and work with leadership to align hiring or redistribution.

In addition, the Programmatic Media Manager will serve as an escalation point for client-facing teams on delivery, performance, and troubleshooting. They will translate business challenges into digital solutions through structured planning and media intelligence and coordinate with account managers to provide actionable insights and regular performance reports.

The role also involves building trusted relationships with client stakeholders through regular check-ins, proactive problem-solving, and strategic input. The Programmatic Media Manager will manage and mentor a team across Search, Social, Programmatic, and AdOps functions and monitor team bandwidth, performance, and resource allocation to maintain delivery quality.

Qualifications include:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving growth
  • Experience working with clients in the US and APAC regions
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, performance marketing, and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize performance
