Software Development and Testing Expert

As a key member of our software development team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective solutions. Your primary focus will be on testing and validating systems, processes, and products to guarantee they meet our strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system updates, patches, and new deployments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve system bugs or discrepancies.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure updates or fixes do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
  • Automate repetitive testing processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 0-3 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in testing methodologies and quality assurance standard processes.
  • Knowledge of database programming languages, such as SQL, and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with ITIL process and regulatory compliance testing (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11).
