ServiceNow Workflow Expert - Product Lifecycle Management

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow workflow specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing workflows for product data processes and integrating them with MDM platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow workflows for SKU creation and product data management.
  • Integrate workflows with Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP platforms.
  • Support and enhance Skelta BPM workflows to ensure seamless integration and performance.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into workflow solutions that meet organizational goals.
  • Lead the workflow lifecycle, including design, testing, rollout, and support to ensure compliance and scalability standards are met.
  • Conduct workshops, training, and demos for business teams to ensure effective communication and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow workflow design and implementation.
  • Integration knowledge with Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP platforms.
  • Experience in Skelta BPM workflow design and support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Data.World platform for enhanced data management capabilities.
  • ServiceNow/MDM certifications for advanced skills and recognition.
  • Understanding of data governance and stewardship principles for ensuring data quality and integrity.
