Visual Creative Lead

About this Position:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Visual Creative Lead to spearhead the development of engaging visual content for our digital marketing campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create captivating designs, layouts, and visual assets for various projects, including logos, branding materials, social media graphics, website elements, and more.
  • Utilize industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant tools to create and edit designs.
  • Stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and competitor analysis through research and inspiration gathering.
  • Produce content to be posted on social media platforms, driving engagement and brand awareness.
  • Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all visual content.
  • Conceptualize and produce video content, including promotional videos, short videos (reels) for brand awareness, ongoing promotions, in-clinic experience, testimonials, and more.
  • Edit and manipulate video footage to create visually engaging and cohesive videos for YouTube and other social media channels.
  • Mix audio elements, including dialogue, music, and sound effects, to ensure high-quality audio for video projects.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design.
  • Capture footage as required for video content and handle camera duties when necessary.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand, meeting high standards of quality and aesthetic appeal.
  • Analyze market trends and create content accordingly, staying competitive and innovative in the industry.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed, supporting colleagues in achieving project goals.
  • Design templates for brochures, flyers, and PDFs, building branded collateral from PPTs, case study PDFs, banners, ad graphics, and more.
  • Maintain the website by building new pages and optimizing old ones, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant tools.
  • A deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout composition, and video editing techniques.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs and engaging videos.
  • Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics, ensuring high-quality output that meets company standards.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks related to designing simultaneously and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability and willingness to incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed, collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, visual effects, and audio editing is a plus, but not essential.
