Reliability Specialist

To ensure the reliability of all Electrical Instrumentation equipment in our captive power plant, you will be responsible for maintenance, CAPEX project oversight, and standard practices formulation and monitoring across all areas.

• Excellence and Efficiency:
  • Evaluate and improve Electrical Instrumentation processes to achieve optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.
• Cost Optimization:
  • Collaborate with vendors to develop and implement Electrical Instrumentation upgrades and maintenance projects that drive cost savings.
  • Contribute to budgeting and planning to optimize working capital and reduce rework.
• Sustainability and Compliance:
  • Lead energy-saving initiatives and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
  • Implement sustainable practices and digitization projects to reduce power consumption and support green initiatives.
• Team Development:
  • Ensure timely recruitment, performance improvement, competency building, and multiskilling of team members.
  • Manage team engagement, contractual workforce training, and well-being in line with company guidelines.

Requirements: 15-18 years of experience. Reporting to Plant Head.
