Are you looking for a career opportunity in the insurance industry? We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Policy Center Developer to join our team.

As a Guidewire Policy Center Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing approach for the configuration, effort estimation and build of design documents. You will work with digital product team and subject matter experts to achieve this goal.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills and expertise in Guidewire Policy Center Configuration and Integration. You should have hands-on experience in working on GW Integration Gateway Frameworks and knowledge of common integration design patterns used by Policy Center.

You will also be responsible for coding all the time and loves it. Design, develop, configure and unit test Guidewire Policy Center enhancements and defects. Additionally, you will contribute to future Guidewire development as a key member of the development team.

We are looking for someone who has experience in the Canadian Personal Line Insurance industry domain and can help with production support for the platform by analyzing logs and identifying potential problems and defects, and root cause analysis of problems for the highly available business solution.

Requirements
  • Strong knowledge in Guidewire Policy Center Configuration and Integration
  • Hands-on experience in working on GW Integration Gateway Frameworks, knowledge of common integration design patterns used by Policy Center, including the typical internal and external systems that are common
  • Expertise in GW Rating and Admin management
  • Hands-on experience in working on one programming language (JAVA or Python)
  • Certification: MUST have Guidewire Cloud Certified Associate Developer, Guidewire Cloud Certified Integration Specialist
