In this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of logistics and operations by optimizing processes and ensuring the efficient movement of inventory and shipments. You'll play a critical part in connecting vital goods to patients on time and facilitating essential deliveries across various industries.

You'll be responsible for developing and leading business cases for supply chain improvements, overseeing project progress, and driving cost-saving measures. This includes prioritizing initiatives, addressing resistance to change, and ensuring alignment of focus and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct end-to-end structural supply chain and value stream mapping to understand customer needs and identify strategic opportunities.
  • Develop business cases, align with customers on savings targets and timelines, and ensure resource adequacy.
  • Lead data-driven improvement by gathering and validating data, and facilitating idea generation through collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in change management and/or project management (min. 5 years).
  • Proven experience in all transportation modes.
  • Proven experience in supply chain cost budgeting/optimization/value stream mapping.
  • Proven experience in business case creation.
  • Proven experience of cross-regional or global collaboration in a multinational environment.
