Lead Data Systems Architect

About the Role:

The Lead Data Systems Architect will oversee a team of data engineers, architects, and performance engineers in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable data solutions for critical applications.

This role requires strong technical expertise in advanced data systems, data architecture, and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud platforms, data processing frameworks, and containerization tools.

  • Oversight of end-to-end delivery of data systems for critical applications.
  • Design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure data architectures to support critical applications.
  • Leadership of a team of data professionals, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
  • Technical guidance on data architecture, advanced data systems, and system optimization.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.

7+ years of experience in delivering data systems or similar solutions.

Proven track record of deploying high-scale, mission-critical systems.

Extensive experience in designing and implementing data architectures for large-scale, distributed systems.

Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms, data processing frameworks, and containerization tools.

Key qualifications include leadership skills, ability to design and implement complex systems, and hands-on technical expertise.
