Quality Assurance Leadership

The ideal candidate will lead a quality assurance team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations. Key responsibilities include leading QA deliveries, collaborating with engineering teams to understand product architecture and functionality, and mentoring junior engineers.

  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead products QA deliveries, report for continuous feedback and improvement, and work closely with the engineering team to ensure quality features delivery.
  • Quality Process Improvement: Work on project deadlines, raise standards of all quality processes on every release, and take ownership of release deliverables.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Generate QA artifacts like test plans, test cases, and test execution reports, and prepare and configure test environments.
  • Defect Identification and Resolution: Identify, document, and track defects, collaborate with development teams to resolve issues, and conduct exploratory testing to find defects.
  • Deployment and Support: Deploy microservices applications in an Engineering environment and support SRE teams for production releases.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in functional and automating testing of SAAS products and leading teams.
  • Experience with public or private Cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Certification in cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in test automation of multi-tier Enterprise and/or Cloud, SaaS applications.
  • Experience with microservices architecture using Kubernetes and Docker containers.
  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Kafka, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, Oracle DB is a plus.
