AI Researcher Role

A key objective of this role is to lead the development of advanced AI solutions using machine learning, generative models, and deep learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science or related fields and be skilled in novel architecture and training methodologies.

Our mission is to maximize human potential with decision AI, combining multi-agent architectures, generative AI, deep learning, evolutionary AI, and trustworthy techniques to create sophisticated decision-making systems.

  • The position requires advancing state-of-the-art AI with a focus on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and domain-specific AI solutions.
  • You will collaborate with researchers, engineers, business stakeholders, architects, and domain experts to translate research breakthroughs into scalable products and solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cutting-edge research in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and adjacent fields to address complex and impactful business and societal challenges.
  • Design, develop, and optimize models and algorithms involving novel architecture and training methodologies and advance AI capabilities.
  • Publish research findings in top-tier peer-reviewed journals and conferences, e.g., IEEE
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams, AI engineers, domain SMEs, and client teams to transition research prototypes into production-ready solutions.

About You:
You have a PhD in Computer Science or another technical field. Exceptional bachelor's or master's degree candidates will also be considered. You have theoretical and hands-on experience with LLMs, 2 years of experience with multi-agents, and 5+ years of experience in AI or ML research. You are familiar with publications at venues such as IEEE, ICLR, NeurIPS, GECCO, ALife, AAAI, IJCAI, ICML, etc.
