At Jayatma Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly motivated Product Visionary to join our dynamic B2C product team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in taking ownership of our product's vision, ensuring that business goals and technical requirements are seamlessly aligned.

About the Role:

We require someone who can analyze business needs, translate them into technical specifications, and facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

  • Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the most valuable features are delivered.
  • Translate high-level business needs into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Act as the voice of the end users, ensuring that the product delivers maximum value to users.
Responsibilities:Product Ownership:

The Product Visionary will be responsible for analyzing business needs, translating them into technical specifications, and facilitating communication between business and technical teams.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders and end users.

Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in the product.

Collaborate with stakeholders to refine product features and ensure alignment with market needs.

Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Collaboration and Delivery:

Work closely with development teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and priorities.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups to ensure smooth execution.

Coordinate with UI/UX teams to translate requirements into intuitive designs and user interfaces.

Liaise with QA teams to validate that delivered features meet acceptance criteria.

Feedback and Continuous Improvement:

Analyze user feedback and product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Facilitate product demos and stakeholder reviews to gather input and refine requirements.

Continuously update the product roadmap based on evolving business priorities and user needs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Analyst or Product Owner role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with requirement gathering, user story writing, and backlog management.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in AI/ML-based applications with AI technologies like NLP, recommendation systems, or graph neural networks.
  • Knowledge of APIs and integrations with 3rd party platforms like LinkedIn, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, and so on.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization or analytics tools.
