Senior Digital Project Manager Role

About the Position

The Senior Digital Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of projects related to email marketing. This includes coordinating development, deployment, analytics tracking, and managing numerous emails per month.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with developers and client contacts to oversee development and deployment of emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Perform quality assurance testing to ensure correct rendering across email clients, matching content, and proofing error-free content.
  • Work with client contacts to secure approval of emails and address any necessary edits.
  • Schedule emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Guide clients on account protocols and provide clear answers to their questions.
  • Process and upload distribution lists.
  • Pull metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and share them with clients.
  • Assist with additional email marketing projects, such as quarterly benchmark reports or template builds.
  • Identify potential roadblocks or delays with projects and clients to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Digital Project Manager or similar skill set.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment, specifically at an agency.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership in a geographically distributed team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced English level required.
