Senior Full Stack Engineer Position Overview:

This role focuses on the migration of our legacy platform, modernizing its architecture to improve efficiency and performance.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software systems on AWS Cloud, leveraging agile principles and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust production systems on AWS Cloud.
  • Develop and maintain highly secure and resilient microservices architecture.
  • Lead the migration of legacy UI systems to a Spring Boot-based architecture.
  • Upgrade legacy Java applications to ensure seamless integration and efficient operations.
  • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to drive operational enhancements and process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Expertise in Java, including knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot frameworks.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, including familiarity with frameworks like Backbone.js/Marionette.js and jQuery.
  • Experience with CI/CD practices, build, and deployment technologies (e.g., Maven, Jenkins, Docker).
  • Strong understanding of security concepts and vulnerability management.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to build trust within teams.
