Role Overview

We are a leading manufacturer of contemporary design Hand Made carpets in India, committed to delivering exceptional quality and innovative designs.

As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the creative direction of our company across different product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed plans for the creative direction of the company's rug collections
• Share concept ideas of themes and collections to develop
• Design rugs in various qualities and textures, ensuring they meet the highest standards of style and craftsmanship
• Stay updated on new ideas of fibres, yarns & weaves for manufacturing, and incorporate them into your designs
• Plan exhibition stand design with respect to the collections being displayed
• Design room settings and catalogues that showcase our products in the best possible light
• Develop engaging social media content that highlights our brand's unique story and aesthetic
• Travel to factories and exhibitions as required to stay informed about industry trends and developments

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree/diploma in designs or relevant field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in carpet design or related field
• Knowledge of carpet techniques such as hand tufting, hand knotting, and handloom
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, CorelDraw, and Indesign
• Prior experience with Galaincha software is an asset
