SAP Field Service Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled SAP Field Service Management (FSM) professional to join our team. As an FSM consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP FSM based on business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure SAP FSM to meet business needs.
  • Integrate SAP FSM with backend SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC).
  • Design end-to-end service processes for field operations, including dispatching, scheduling, mobile access, and reporting.
  • Provide support during all project phases: blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and hypercare.
  • Train end-users and support change management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in SAP Field Service Management (FSM).
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP (S/4HANA/ECC) integration.
  • Knowledge of SAP Service Cloud and C/4HANA is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • SAP Certification in FSM or C/4HANA is a plus.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong experience with SAP FSM mobile app configuration.
  • Integration experience with SAP BTP, PI/PO, or CPI.
  • Familiarity with FSM Core, Planning & Dispatching, Smartforms, and Smartflow.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in Utilities, Manufacturing, or Telecom domain.
  • Knowledge of FSM analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
