      • Drive efficiency, quality, and productivity in all manufacturing operations, leveraging lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 practices.
      • Maintain compliance with industry, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
      • Implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Financial & Business Performance
      • Manage the company's finances, including P&L, budgets, and financial forecasts.
      • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
      • Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry bodies to promote the company's interests.
    • People Leadership
      • Build and lead a high-performing executive team, promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
      • Develop and implement talent management strategies, focusing on skills development and succession planning.
      • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments and teams.
    • Stakeholder & Market Engagement
      • Collaborate with the Board of Directors on strategic decision-making, providing expert advice and guidance.
      • Promote the company's brand and reputation through various channels, including social media and industry events.
      • Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry bodies to promote the company's interests.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a proven track record of innovation and leadership.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
