Flight Instructor

We are seeking a professional and experienced Aviation Trainer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to counsel and guide parents as well as motivate students, and possess strong expertise in grooming, etiquette, aviation service, and safety awareness. A passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development is essential.

• Career objectives:
• - Train students in grooming, personality development, communication, and professional etiquette.
• - Deliver sessions on aviation fundamentals, inflight service, and hospitality standards.
• - Counsel both parents and students regarding career opportunities, course expectations, and professional pathways.
• - Mentor students on confidence-building, interview preparation, and public speaking.

Requirements:

• Key qualifications:
• - Ex-Cabin Crew experience with leading domestic/international airlines.
• - Strong expertise in grooming, etiquette, aviation service, and safety awareness.
• - Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Marathi languages a plus).
• - Ability to counsel and guide parents as well as motivate students.
