Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented researcher to join our team.

  • Prepare financial analysis, including trading/transaction comparable, operational/financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc.
  • Develop pitch books, industry research, deals & peers screening, company profiles, and company-focused discussion documents related to various industries.
  • Meet project timelines and quality of deliverables to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Conduct quality control checks of outgoing reports/packs.
  • Engage clients independently on calls and emails.
  • Scope new projects, structure deliverables/new research products.
  • Produce high-quality informative and visually appealing presentations and decks.
  • Demonstrate strength and experience in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field is required.

2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking or related field is preferred.

  • Experience working on Investment Banking projects, including detailed financial analysis, target identification, trading and transaction comps, benchmarking, ratio analysis, and macro-economic and industry overviews.
  • Bespoke qualitative research skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and support.
  • Prior experience handling clients directly through calls/mails.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of databases like Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset, Thomson, etc.
Key Competencies

MBA/CFA/CA degree or equivalent, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, strong business acumen, adaptability, flexibility, teamwork, leadership, strategic thinking, and results-oriented approach are essential.
