We are looking for a highly skilled Social Safeguard Specialist to join our team at RC Project Consultancy (RCPC) in Jharkhand.

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned expert with over 7 years of experience in preparing SIA reports and RAPs for infrastructure projects.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the social impacts of development projects and propose effective mitigation measures.
• Evaluate compliance with social safeguard policies and standards.
• Attend all RFIs related to Social Safeguard.
• Ensure proper implementation of social safeguard measures by the Contractor.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and communities to address concerns and promote inclusivity.

**Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in any field.
• At least 7 years of experience in preparing SIA reports and RAPs for infrastructure projects.

**Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹1200000 - ₹1800000 per annum, depending on experience.
