Bioprocess Engineering SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Bioprocess Engineering Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful application of our bioprocess equipment and solutions.This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with clients to understand their process requirements and propose technical solutions.The ideal candidate will have a degree in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Mechanical, or related field, and 2-4 years of experience in application engineering, process equipment, or biopharma services.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and application notes.
  • Support sales teams in pre-sales discussions, RFQ responses, and proposal development.
  • Coordinate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Conduct technical training and workshops for clients' process and engineering teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide feedback on product improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Mechanical, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in application engineering, process equipment, or biopharma services.
  • Strong knowledge of bioreactors, fermenters, CIP/SIP systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across regions.
