Responsibilities:

• Initiate outreach efforts to introduce our solution
• Explain product features and benefits in simple language
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and maintain accurate records
• Support customer outreach campaigns and gather valuable feedback
• Ensure exceptional customer experience in every interaction

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
• Confident, empathetic, and comfortable handling phone conversations
• Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or lead generation is an asset
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
