Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned security expert to join our team in a critical role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing network and data security for clients, leveraging log correlation platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform real-time analysis of logs to identify potential security threats and take corrective action.
  • Evaluate and analyze malware through open-source and vendor-provided tools.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone and electronic channels.
  • Utilize ticketing systems and standard operating procedures to manage and escalate issues according to client service level agreements.
  • Monitor and report on system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of security events using packet inspection and in-depth knowledge of exploits and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and implement resolution plans for system and network issues.
  • Communicate complex technical information effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Promote knowledge sharing among colleagues and develop efficient customer-centric solutions.
