Code Expert with Algorithmic Focus

We are seeking an experienced Code Expert to join our team. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for creating algorithmically challenging coding problems that evaluate reasoning, correctness, and efficiency in real-world software scenarios.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create complex coding problems that assess reasoning skills.
- Develop clean, modular, and production-quality code along with comprehensive test suites.
- Draft clear specifications and problem statements with well-defined constraints.
- Represent multiple domains including data structures, graph algorithms, number theory, and performance optimization.
- Apply structured metadata to all problems for consistency and reproducibility.
- Participate in peer reviews and validation cycles to maintain high engineering standards.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, algorithm design, or systems-level programming.
- Strong command of python (4+ years) with ability to implement high-performance solutions.
- Solid understanding of complexity analysis, optimization, and computational constraints.
- Hands-on experience with test automation, benchmarks, or large-scale evaluation systems.
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and structured data formats (JSON, YAML).
