**The Role**

As a SAN Solutions Lead, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of our organization's data storage strategy. You will be responsible for designing and implementing SAN infrastructure solutions that meet the company's data storage needs, while ensuring seamless integration with the organization's broader IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Architecture: Develop and implement comprehensive SAN architectures to meet the company's data storage needs.
  • Acknowledge and define SAN architecture requirements, considering performance, capacity, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and select storage hardware and software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all storage designs, configurations, and procedures.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of complex SAN-related issues.
  • Act as an escalation point for SAN storage-related incidents and service requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in SAN storage architecture, design, and implementation.
  • 5+ Years experience in Storage Architecture, Proficiency in Multi-Vendor Enterprise Storage products like, DELL, PURE, HPe, CISCO and Broadcom.
  • Hands-on experience with SAN technologies such as Fibre Channel, iSCSI, and FCoE.
  • Experience with leading storage vendors (e.g., Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, IBM) and technologies (e.g., block storage, object storage, and NAS).
  • Solid understanding of data protection and disaster recovery practices for SAN environments.
  • Proficient in storage virtualization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with data management tools, including backup and disaster recovery solutions.
