Key to Success

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of expertise with the VMware software stack.
  • Practical experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience developing tools to automate complex solution deployments.
  • Proficiency in enterprise storage and networking infrastructure.
  • SmartNIC technology experience is a plus.
  • VMware NSX-V and NSX-T experience is a plus.
  • CICD pipeline build/release experience is a plus.
  • SaaS-based software delivery experience is a plus.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You must possess:

  • Hands-on expertise in designing and implementing complex solutions using VMware software stack.
  • In-depth knowledge of multiple software system design tools and languages.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to architect overall software system architecture for products and solutions.
  • Expertise in integrating software systems running on multiple platform types into overall architecture.
  • Competence in evaluating forms and processes for software systems testing and methodology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
  • Ability to effectively communicate product architectures and negotiate options at senior management levels.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with peers, junior engineers, technicians, and external design partners.
