Job Opportunity

As a key figure in our product implementation team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration of our product suite for major clients.

The ideal candidate will possess robust consulting and customer delivery skills, with experience in managing large portfolios and collaborating closely with stakeholders to identify business challenges and create tailored solutions.

  • Lead Implementation consultants to ensure they are effective in their work.
  • Develop and manage strategies for each engagement, including identifying critical success criteria, measurable milestones, potential risks, and recommended plans of action.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to meet project deadlines and prioritize the best interests of the client.
  • Ensure 100% quality on each delivery using standard testing methods, validation, and user acceptance testing.

The successful candidate will exhibit excellent business acumen, communication skills, and experience handling complex situations. They will also have expertise in setting and managing client expectations at an enterprise level, as well as knowledge of system development, process improvements, and gathering business requirements.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry.
  • PMP, ITIL certification is advantageous.
  • Overall 12+ years of experience with 6+ years of strong consulting, customer delivery, and people management skills.
  • Experience with business software such as ERP, CRM, Payroll, HRIS, SAAS applications is beneficial.
