Debt Collector

The primary objective of the role is to oversee and direct the collections department, ensuring efficiency and optimization of debt recovery from customers.

• Manage and execute collection processes for assigned debts
• Regularly monitor portfolios for specific buckets, tracking delinquency and DPD-wise performance, focusing on non-starters
• Allocate and achieve targets from agencies and in-house teams
• Pursue default customers to ensure adherence to collection procedures and legal guidelines
• Identify absconded default customers and initiate recovery processes
• Recommend legal actions for non-recoverable cases and collaborate with legal teams for case closure
• Maintain data for administrative tasks related to collections, including updating delinquent account histories, providing MIS reports, and reviewing collection feedback daily, weekly, and monthly

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from any recognized institution

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in debt collections
