Public Health BIM Modeler

We are seeking a skilled and driven professional to join our team as a Public Health BIM Modeler.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. BIM Development: Create and manage detailed BIM models for public health projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.
  3. Model Coordination: Ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
  4. Standards Compliance: Ensure that all BIM models comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.
  5. Project Management: Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  6. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

The ideal candidate should have decent knowledge about drainage, water supply, storm water & fire protection services. Basic design knowledge regarding PHE & fire protection services will be an added advantage.

Minimum 2-4 years' plus experience with a diploma/degree in engineering is required. The candidate should be an expert in using Revit & Navisworks, and preferably have experience working on middle east projects.

Requirements:
  • Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 2-4 years of experience in BIM modeling.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
  • Knowledge of public health facilities and associated regulations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
