Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining, building, and scaling one or more of our products. This includes:

  • Researching existing demand and exploring the problem space through various lenses.
  • Getting feedback early and often, and co-designing with customers or prospects.
  • Mapping solutions to specific opportunities.

You will be responsible for prioritization, applying skills from user science, analytics, and business acumen to identify customer and user problems.

Additionally, you will:

  • Evangelize and communicate the product plan.
  • Apply low-fidelity design to present vision for solutions to problems.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to arrive at detailed solutions to problems.
  • Work with Sales and Customer Success to understand and eliminate obstacles to adoption and usage.
  • Execute on the roadmap for one or more parts of the product.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A functional understanding of payments basics.
  • Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer insights, market demands, and business goals.
