Content Creator Position

- Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging videos, reels, shorts and promotional materials.
- Apply creative editing techniques including transitions, color grading, motion graphics, text animations, and sound design to elevate storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, videographers and social media teams to deliver timely, brand-consistent content.
- Optimize videos for various social media formats and aspect ratios to maximize engagement.
- Manage and maintain an organised library of video assets, including raw footage, graphics, and finished projects.
- Stay current with digital video trends, editing styles, and social media platform algorithms.
- Coordinate and manage a team of content creators (freelancers or full time) across multiple destinations in India.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or relevant certification in Film Production, Media, Communication, or related fields.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in video editing.
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects, AI tools, etc.
- Demonstrated ability in visual storytelling, pacing, and timing to deliver impactful content.
- Understanding of video optimisation strategies for different social media platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organisational skills.
- Love for travel & adventure is a plus.
